Job Description: Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall operational strategy and business planning of the exchange, setting phased operational goals and driving their implementation, and being accountable for core business metrics such as trading users, trading volume, revenue, activity, and retention; overseeing businesses including spot trading, contracts, user growth, campaigns, and platform operations, continuously optimizing the full lifecycle operations from user registration, deposit, trading to retention; formulating strategies based on market changes, user behavior, and operational data.
