Ethereum Credit Guild

Credit Guild is a protocol that minimizes the need for trust in collective lending. Its goal is to expand the scope of governance to support a wider range of assets and lending terms, while simultaneously reducing third-party risks to the greatest extent possible. The Credit Guild adopts either an optimistic or a veto-based governance model. A minority of Guild owners can propose new lending terms or modify system parameters, such as the interest rate distribution among Guild pledgers, lenders, and surplus buffers.
