Foil

Foil is a decentralized protocol used for peer-to-peer transactions of on-chain resources such as gas and blobspace. With the Foil protocol, users can provide ETH and buy or sell the average gas or blob market exposure for a given period at a price represented by a Uniswap V3 position. When the period ends, the value of the position is automatically fixed at the true average price. Foil is designed to alleviate the challenges faced by users and developers by providing tools to stabilize on-chain transaction costs. Any user with regular on-chain transaction needs or platform developers can use Foil to help reduce the impact of unexpected congestion pricing.
