Goat.Tech is a decentralized reputation layer with remortgage rewards, divided into two phases (Dapp and ETH L2): **Phase 1 (Goat Dapp):** A gamified, on-chain reputation protocol with native rewards is launched. Users stake ETH to enhance each other's reputation (trust score), earn rewards, and determine who is the GOAT (highest trust score). **Phase 2 (Goat L2):** An L2 network for the remortgage of on-chain reputation will be introduced. These components will remortgage the deposited ETH, providing users with not only ETH mortgage rewards but also additional remortgage bonuses.
