Ducat is a Bitcoin L1-native decentralized stablecoin protocol, and the governance token of this protocol, DUCAT, is a Bitcoin-native governance token in the form of Bitcoin Runes. Governance will be implemented through zero-knowledge proof circuits recorded on Bitcoin's ordinal inscriptions.
