1. Manage community drainage, user retention, and activity, plan activities to promote user communication and on-site conversion; 2. Develop a community growth plan to attract new members, increase community participation and interaction frequency; 3. Seek industry KOLs and community collaborations for joint promotion and cross community activities; 4. Independently plan, organize, and execute activities to ensure the smooth progress of budget and activity details; 5. Monitor community public opinion and hot events, promptly identify feedback and solve community problems;

-Develop a quantitative trading system and infrastructure, including but not limited to functional modules such as market interface, trading framework, data processing and storage, trading execution, and risk management. -Participate in performance optimization of trading systems to improve their response speed and efficiency. -Conduct systematic risk management and monitoring to ensure the stability and reliability of the trading system. -Continuously researching and learning the latest quantitative trading techniques and market trends, constantly improving trading strategies and systems

1. Coordinate with customer service, business, operations, and audit departments to verify and explain any objections to transaction orders provided by users; 2. Integrate with the monitoring system, analyze the risk users and risk orders identified by the monitoring system, and provide disposal recommendations; 3. Inspect the warehouse receipts, proactively grasp the overview of platform holdings, analyze and summarize the composition of holdings, and provide daily analysis reports; 4. Summarize historical transactions, mainly analyzing user trading techniques, user trading processes, and user profits
