Job Description
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing Nubit's online community, ensuring the community's health and activity while enhancing user satisfaction and brand loyalty through effective communication and activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Community Interaction Management: Actively interact with users on platforms such as Discord and Telegram, answer questions, provide assistance, and promote the latest updates and features of Nubit.
  • Content and Activity Planning: Plan and publish community communications and updates, organize AMAs, online gatherings, and other community events.
  • Crisis and Feedback Management: Monitor community feedback, promptly address and respond to issues or crises in the community, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
  • Community Growth and Maintenance: Take measures to attract new members and maintain the activity of existing members, enhancing the overall participation and satisfaction of the community.
