Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations with a focus on blockchain wallet fund management and corporate accounting.
- Manage and operate blockchain wallet funds securely and efficiently
- Handle daily company income and expenditure management and reconciliation
- Process various payment operations (bank transfers, third-party payment platforms) and track payment progress
- Maintain accurate cash and bank deposit journals
- Prepare financial statements and management reports independently
- Administer company online banking tools and ensure payment security
- Coordinate with audits, tax authorities, and business registration inspections
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Provide necessary documentation for financial audits and inspections
- Optimize financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments on financial matters
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of financial work experience, Web3/Internet industry experience a plus
- Familiar with banking operations and payment platform procedures
- Strong fundamental financial knowledge and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (Kingdee, Yonyou, etc.)
