Job Description
AI Application Engineer As an AI Application Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing AI-driven solutions in real-world scenarios. Your role involves designing and developing agent-based applications using large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent assistants, task-oriented agents, and AI Copilot systems for business applications. You will focus on core modules such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Tool Calling, Workflow, Memory, and multi-agent collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of LLM capabilities with business systems from prototype validation to production deployment. Additionally, you will contribute to engineering best practices, including model integration, service governance, performance evaluation, cost optimization, and system stability. Staying updated with emerging technologies like Cursor, Claude Code, OpenClaw/OpenHands, and other AI coding tools will be essential to drive innovation in development efficiency and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of AI application projects in real-world scenarios.
- Design and develop agent-based architectures using large language models (LLMs) for intelligent assistants, task-oriented agents, and AI Copilot systems.
- Develop and optimize core modules such as RAG, Tool Calling, Workflow, Memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Drive the integration of LLM capabilities with business systems, ensuring a full-cycle delivery from prototype to production.
- Enhance AI application engineering practices, including model integration, service governance, performance evaluation, and cost optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends in AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and explore their applications in improving development efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in AI application development.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of Go/Java/Python/TypeScript.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- LLM Expertise: Familiarity with LLM application paradigms such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent Systems, Function Calling, Memory, and Workflow Orchestration.
- End-to-End Delivery: Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions, optimize user experience, and independently manage the full development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI coding, developer assistants, code generation, automated refactoring, or code review agents.
- Background in financial products or related industries.
- Familiarity with frameworks like OpenClaw, OpenHands, AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI, with practical implementation or customization experience.
- Full-stack experience in delivering AI products from ideation to deployment and iteration.
- Independent AI projects or side projects demonstrating innovation and execution.
