Key Responsibilities

• Design, adjust, and optimize market game algorithms to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable algorithm solutions for various market scenarios.
• Write clean and efficient algorithm code in Python for simulation and performance testing.
• Analyze market data and trading behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and validate algorithm improvement solutions based on data analysis and testing results.
• Create clear technical documents and reports to communicate algorithm performance and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement algorithm solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in algorithm development.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Experience with market data analysis and trading behavior modeling is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning techniques and their application in market algorithms.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
• Previous experience in gaming or simulation environments.
