Job Description
This position is designed for early-stage Builders who are passionate about driving business growth and community development. As a key member of our expansion team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our market presence through two core initiatives: inviting users to download the aZen Connect application and introducing local resources to our ecosystem. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a thriving user base and establishing strategic partnerships within the community. The role requires proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high-quality interactions with both users and resource providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Invite Downloads: Actively promote the aZen Connect application by sharing your personal referral link with friends and acquaintances. Aim to achieve a minimum of 5 active users per week through this initiative.
- Local Resource Introductions: Identify and connect with local communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), media outlets, and event organizers to expand our network. Ensure all resource introductions are approved by our team before proceeding with cooperation. Target to introduce at least 2 new resources per month.
- Track and Report Progress: Maintain detailed records of your invitation activities and resource introductions, including user engagement metrics and partnership status. Regularly update your team with performance data and challenges encountered.
- Engage with Users: Provide support to newly invited users to ensure they complete the registration process and become active participants in the aZen Connect community.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to align your efforts with overall business goals and optimize resource introduction strategies.

- Accuracy in Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure compliance with our approval processes for resource introductions.
Reward Mechanism
Ambassadors who successfully meet the set targets will receive a minimum monthly reward of $100 USDT. For those who exceed the weekly invitation quota or achieve more than the monthly resource introduction goal, additional USDT bonuses will be awarded based on performance metrics. Rewards will be distributed on a monthly basis, with the possibility of quarterly performance reviews to assess long-term contributions. The exact bonus amount will depend on the number of users invited, the quality of resource introductions, and the overall impact on community growth.
Active User Definition
Active users are defined as individuals who sign in to the aZen Connect application at least 15 times per month or have successfully linked their idle phones to the platform. This definition ensures that only engaged users are counted toward your invitation targets. Additionally, users who participate in community activities, such as completing onboarding tasks or engaging with content, may also be classified as active users. It is important to note that inactive users, who do not meet these criteria, will not contribute to your performance metrics.
