Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Night Market's visibility and user base.
- Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing efforts with user experience and platform features.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand partners, and industry stakeholders to support growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital marketplace space.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, user segmentation, and targeted messaging strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new users.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, user acquisition, or digital growth strategies, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms for campaign management.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and performance tracking software like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Ability to create compelling content for branding, advertising, and user engagement initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset with proven success in cross-functional team projects and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle stages and strategies to improve retention and lifetime value (LTV).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and user segmentation techniques.
