Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and translate educational materials, community-driven content, PR strategies, and meme campaigns for D8X. This includes creating videos, graphics, text-based resources, and other multimedia assets to enhance user understanding and engagement with the platform's features and vision.
• Community Operations: Actively participate in hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions, organizing virtual and in-person events, and planning interactive community activities to sustain user interest and foster a vibrant ecosystem. Operate and manage social media accounts such as Twitter, Telegram, and WeChat to drive organic growth and maintain a strong online presence.
• Resource Docking: Facilitate strategic partnerships between D8X and web3 projects, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), cryptocurrency communities, and blockchain media outlets. Identify and connect with potential collaborators to expand the platform's network and create synergies that benefit both parties.
• Feedback Collection: Engage with the Chinese-speaking community to gather insights, suggestions, and feedback on D8X's products and services. Use this data to refine the platform's offerings and ensure they align with user needs and market demands.
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with the team to promote D8X's events, such as product launches, educational webinars, and community meetups, through targeted outreach and creative content strategies.

Job Requirements

• Part-Time/Remote: Must be available for part-time work on a remote basis, with flexible hours that accommodate your schedule and the project's needs.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create content in both languages is a plus.
• Content Skills: Proficient in content creation across multiple formats, including video production, graphic design, and written articles. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Markdown is preferred.
• Community Engagement: Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, particularly in the crypto or web3 space. Strong understanding of social media trends and user behavior is essential.
• Networking Ability: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including KOLs, project teams, and media partners. Experience in facilitating collaborations in the blockchain ecosystem is advantageous.
• Passion for DeFi: Deep interest in decentralized finance and blockchain technology, with a commitment to promoting innovation and transparency in the financial sector.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and market conditions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
