Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and execute on-site DeSci events in your local community to promote direct engagement with longevity science research and the DeSci ecosystem.
• Actively promote VitaDAO's core projects, including IP-NFT FAM, Supporters Program, The Longevist, and The Longevity Prize, to encourage participation and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local longevity communities, academia, and stakeholders to build trust and drive advocacy for VitaDAO's mission.
• Collaborate with the global ambassador network to share best practices, coordinate efforts, and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
• Identify and attract potential contributors, including researchers, investors, and biotechnology professionals, to support VitaDAO's initiatives.
• Represent VitaDAO at local events, conferences, and online platforms to raise awareness about the importance of longevity science and the DeSci movement.
• Contribute to the creation of content, such as educational materials or promotional campaigns, to engage and inform the public about VitaDAO's goals.
• Provide regular feedback to the VitaDAO team on community needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about longevity science, decentralized science, and blockchain technology with a strong desire to contribute to impactful research initiatives.
• Proven experience in building or managing biotechnology companies, research organizations, or community-driven projects, or equivalent skills in communication and outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and manage event logistics.
• Strong understanding of community building strategies and the ability to foster collaboration among global longevity enthusiasts.
• Fluency in English and/or other languages to communicate with international audiences and partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to long-term engagement and growth of the VitaDAO ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain platforms and DeSci concepts to effectively promote VitaDAO's mission and projects.
• Availability to participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to the development of ambassador programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, event organization, or scientific outreach, preferably in the biotechnology or longevity research sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully building and sustaining communities, with a focus on engagement, education, and advocacy.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and written content creation, to effectively represent VitaDAO's mission.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to navigate the DeSci ecosystem effectively.
• Commitment to the long-term vision of VitaDAO and the DeSci movement, with a willingness to contribute beyond immediate responsibilities.
• Experience in working with international teams or communities, with an understanding of cultural nuances and global collaboration strategies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the evolution of VitaDAO's ambassador programs.
