Key Responsibilities

• Create memes, GIFs, and videos that align with Nibiru's brand identity and project goals, ensuring they are visually appealing and culturally relevant. Develop content calendars and track performance metrics to optimize engagement rates.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage Nibiru's unique advantages to increase project visibility and attract new users. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content innovation.
• Actively manage and grow Nibiru's Discord, Twitter, and Telegram communities through regular interaction, content curation, and community event planning. Monitor user feedback and implement improvements to enhance community satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and professional translations of project-related content, including tutorials, concept documents, and user guides, into multiple languages to ensure global accessibility. Coordinate with localization experts to maintain terminology consistency across languages.
• Engage with community members on social platforms to address queries, gather feedback, and foster a positive, supportive environment for user interaction. Build relationships with key influencers to amplify brand reach.
• Design, develop, and maintain smart contract-based DApps while identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure platform stability and functionality. Collaborate with developers to integrate marketing features into DApp architecture.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs across all platforms to assess content performance and community growth. Generate reports to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in creating visual content (memes, GIFs, videos) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software. Experience with graphic design principles and video production techniques is required.
• Strong understanding of Nibiru's technology and ecosystem to effectively communicate its value proposition in marketing materials. Familiarity with blockchain concepts and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional language for translation tasks, with attention to cultural nuances and terminology accuracy. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, or Korean is preferred.
• Experience in community management on crypto-related platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram), including moderating discussions and organizing engagement activities. Proven track record of growing online communities by 20%+ year-over-year.
• Technical expertise in blockchain development, particularly smart contract programming (Solidity, Vyper), and DApp architecture for hands-on project contributions. Knowledge of Ethereum, Tron, or BSC ecosystems is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high-quality output across all deliverables. Must demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced crypto environments.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to effectively promote Nibiru's projects through creative content and community engagement. Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines for content creation and translation. Must maintain high standards for accuracy in both creative and technical deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience with cryptocurrency marketing campaigns, understanding of NFTs and token economics, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for digital asset organization.
