Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creator: Develop educational and community-focused content such as articles, videos, social media posts, and tutorials to support Panoptic and the broader DeFi community. This includes creating engaging material for platforms like YouTube, Medium, and Twitter to educate users about DeFi concepts, tools, and opportunities.
• Thought Leader: Act as a strategic advisor to the Panoptic team by analyzing community sentiment, providing actionable insights on product development, and sharing expertise about the Panoptic exchange and its integration with the DeFi landscape. Your input will help shape the direction of our projects and enhance user engagement.
• Event Experts: Plan, execute, and participate in diverse events such as city halls, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), online webinars, and in-person meetups. These events will serve as platforms to educate users, gather feedback, and build relationships within the DeFi community.
• Community Liaison: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with other cryptocurrency communities, organizations, and projects. This involves networking, collaborating on cross-promotional activities, and ensuring alignment with shared goals to expand Panoptic's influence in the DeFi space.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, community management, or event coordination within the blockchain or DeFi industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and market trends to provide informed insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Fluency in English and/or other languages to engage with a global audience and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to the long-term growth of Panoptic and the DeFi community, with a passion for driving adoption and education.
• Availability to dedicate consistent time and effort to ambassador activities, including content creation, event planning, and community engagement.
• Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and event coordination tools to execute tasks efficiently.
