Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish at least two in-depth educational pieces per month, covering diverse aspects of Olive protocol such as technical features, use cases, and market relevance. Choose your preferred format—blog posts, social media threads, newsletters, or multimedia content—to effectively convey expertise and simplify complex concepts for the audience.
• Actively engage with the Olive community on social media platforms at least three times weekly. Share informative content through tweets, infographics, videos, or interactive threads, while responding to user comments and inquiries to build trust and demonstrate commitment to the protocol's success.
• Collect and analyze community feedback regularly, then compile actionable suggestions into a structured monthly report. This report will serve as a critical communication tool between the community and the Olive development team, highlighting areas for improvement and innovation.
• Host quarterly Twitter AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions to address community questions about Olive, DeFi, blockchain technology, and related topics. These sessions will provide a platform for transparency, education, and direct interaction with stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly ambassador calls with the Olive core team to share insights, discuss community trends, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This collaboration will ensure alignment between community needs and protocol development priorities.
• Update your Twitter bio to include "Olive Ambassador" as a visible indicator of your role in promoting the protocol. This will help establish credibility and encourage community recognition of your contributions.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in creating educational content that balances technical accuracy with accessibility for diverse audiences, including both newcomers and advanced users of DeFi.
• Strong social media presence and experience in driving engagement through platforms like Twitter, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling visuals, threads, and multimedia content.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex protocol concepts in simple terms, while actively listening to and addressing community concerns.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into actionable recommendations for protocol improvement, ensuring suggestions are practical and aligned with project goals.
• Commitment to maintaining a consistent presence in the Olive community, with a minimum of 3 posts per week and active participation in discussions and events.
• Passion for blockchain technology and DeFi, with a clear understanding of Olive's unique value proposition and its role in the broader decentralized finance landscape.
• Time management skills to balance content creation, community engagement, and collaboration with the core team while meeting all deliverables on schedule.
