Job Description
This position is dedicated to promoting the Metale project through diverse community engagement strategies. The role involves identifying and leveraging local media, advertising, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources to expand project visibility. Key responsibilities include executing social media campaigns, coordinating with influencers, and organizing events to attract new users and enhance community growth. Additionally, the candidate will assist in building partnerships with other KOLs, projects, and DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) to amplify the project's reach. The position emphasizes proactive task execution, with rewards tied to performance metrics such as engagement volume and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collaborate with local media outlets, advertising platforms, and KOLs to create promotional content and partnerships.
- Develop and implement social media community promotion strategies on platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring consistent engagement and content quality.
- Actively participate in Metale's social media operations by forwarding official replies, engaging with posts, retweeting, and using the hashtag #metal to encourage community interaction.
- Support Metale in applying for AMA (Ask Me Anything) events and other activities organized by KOLs, projects, or DAOs, with special attention to inviting community leaders and project parties when participation exceeds 100.
- Organize events related to the Metale project, focusing on achieving exposure through targeted outreach and attracting new customers with a minimum reach of 100 individuals.
- Coordinate with the Community Leader to secure rewards for event-related activities, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and reward structures.
- Invite users to register for Metale initiatives, utilizing creative incentives and communication strategies to boost sign-ups.
- Explore innovative methods to increase project exposure, attract new users, and ensure effective dissemination through community-driven initiatives and user growth tactics.
- Recommend qualified candidates for Community Leader, Media Ambassador, and Mod roles, ensuring they meet recruitment criteria, pass trial assessments, and obtain authorization letters.
- Facilitate partnerships with local authors by signing contracts, verifying their popularity through fan base metrics, and ensuring they hold complete copyright for original works.
- Manage the listing of authors' works, with specific requirements for content length: novels must exceed 50,000 words, short stories must be at least 50,000 words, and prose/poetry must reach 20,000 words.

- Attention to detail in verifying author credentials, copyright compliance, and content specifications to ensure authenticity and legal adherence.
- Adaptability to adjust strategies based on performance data and community feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of promotional activities and optimize future efforts for better results.
- Ability to meet recruitment criteria for Community Leader, Media Ambassador, and Mod roles, including passing trial assessments and obtaining authorization letters.
