Gingko Fund is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our firm as a Business Analyst. As an analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives in the investment decision and supporting our clients. The role will involve analyzing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and interpreting financial data, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior executives in making informed investment decisions by conducting in-depth market research and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their investment goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across portfolio assets, including traditional financial instruments and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate potential investments, assess risks, and optimize portfolio strategies.
- Prepare clear and concise analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the crypto space.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and marketing to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the development of business processes and tools that enhance decision-making and client service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or a similar role within the hedge fund or crypto industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights to executives and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) being a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the hedge fund and crypto sectors.
