Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest developments in the DeFi space, including protocol upgrades, launches, and emerging trends.
• Governance Participation: Analyze and provide insights on governance proposals across key networks, ensuring our strategic interests are represented.
• Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and evaluate opportunities for generating additional yield in treasury across a wide range of DeFi platforms.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments of DeFi protocols, including smart contract audits, counterparty risks, and liquidity concerns.
• Performance Tracking: Measure, track, and report the performance of investments, continuously optimizing the strategy based on results and market dynamics.
• Research and Reporting: Produce concise, actionable research reports on DeFi strategies, market trends, and specific protocol opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to implement and monitor yield strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in DeFi analysis, yield farming, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance protocols.
• Ability to analyze governance proposals and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and smart contract audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing research reports and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as Dune Analytics or Nansen.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity or Python for smart contract analysis.
• Previous involvement in DeFi governance or community initiatives.
