Job Description
As a Technology Architect, you will lead the design, development, and execution of our technology roadmap. This involves transitioning from early-stage prototypes to fully scalable and resilient backend services that meet enterprise-grade requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals and market demands. Your role requires a deep understanding of both traditional backend systems and emerging web3 technologies to create seamless integrations that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical strategies that bridge experimental concepts with production-ready systems, ensuring robustness, security, and performance across all stages of development.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures, while maintaining compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Design and maintain secure connections between web3 protocols and existing systems, optimizing data flow and ensuring interoperability across blockchain networks and traditional infrastructures.
- Lead the development of backend services that deliver exceptional user experiences, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends in blockchain technology, backend development, and cybersecurity to proactively update systems and maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and document technical standards for system architecture, ensuring consistency across projects and enabling future expansion without compromising performance or security.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing backend systems, with a strong track record of transitioning prototypes to production environments.
- Expertise in web3 technologies including blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps), with hands-on experience in secure integration practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and distributed systems architecture, with knowledge of containerization, microservices, and API design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership in aligning technical solutions with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization under high-load scenarios.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go, along with experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of backend services in production environments.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document system architecture for team collaboration.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, backend development frameworks, and cybersecurity threats to maintain system integrity.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize backend operations continuously.
