Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding senior backend engineer to join our team as a technical leader. This is a completely remote position open to candidates from the United States or China. In this role, you will become the cornerstone of our engineering team, driving the development of our backend system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and powerful backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user oriented elements with server-side logic
- Implement high-performance database queries and optimize the database for performance
- Ensure that the application has the best possible reliability, quality, and responsiveness
- Lead the development of new features and infrastructure improvements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code according to current best practices
- Guide junior engineers and promote a culture of technological excellence
Technical Focus
You will be responsible for creating powerful and scalable services to power our artificial intelligence platform. This includes working with cutting-edge technologies and implementing solutions that can handle large-scale data processing and complex algorithms.
Team Collaboration
As a technical leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
