We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI-powered ToB products. In this role, you will be responsible for building core functionalities that drive our AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop core features for AI ToB products, including AI Agent, RAG, knowledge base, and tool-related capabilities
Build backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Flask) and design stable, scalable APIs and system architecture
Participate in LLM application development, including Prompt design, Embedding, RAG retrieval enhancement, and tool calling
Integrate and manage mainstream LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek) to implement AI capabilities in business scenarios
Contribute to frontend development using React for product pages and API integration
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and AI researchers to optimize system performance and user experience
Participate in system architecture optimization, code reviews, and technical solution design to improve overall engineering quality

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related fields preferred
3+ years of Python development experience as primary programming language
Proficient with Python web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and API design
Familiar with AI application development (Prompt Engineering, Embedding, RAG, Agent, Tool Calling)
Experience with at least one frontend framework (React/Vue) for basic development and API integration
