Job Description
This position requires a skilled backend developer to design, develop, and maintain web3-based financial products. The candidate will be responsible for implementing core business logic, managing data storage solutions, and creating robust API architectures that support decentralized applications. You will work within a dynamic team environment to deliver scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of blockchain-based financial services. The role involves continuous improvement of existing backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, and Node.js, while also exploring new technologies to enhance product performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems for web3 financial products, focusing on business logic processing, data storage optimization, and API design for decentralized applications
- Implement and refine backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, and Node.js to support scalable financial solutions with high security standards
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure consistent functionality and user experience across web3 platforms and traditional web interfaces
- Participate in full project lifecycle from requirement analysis to implementation, providing technical solutions and implementation suggestions for complex financial systems
- Design and develop RESTful APIs that enable secure data exchange between blockchain networks, smart contracts, and user-facing applications
- Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and performance of financial backend systems
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve scalability, security, and user experience of web3 financial products
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives in blockchain-based financial projects
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development for blockchain-based financial applications with a strong understanding of web3 technologies
- Expertise in at least two major backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Node.js with hands-on experience in financial system development
- Deep knowledge of data storage solutions including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and blockchain data structures
- Strong understanding of API design principles and experience creating RESTful APIs for decentralized financial services
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with front-end developers, product teams, and stakeholders in blockchain projects
- Ability to analyze complex financial requirements and translate them into technical specifications for backend development
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for maintaining and deploying financial backend systems
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing codebase in collaborative development environments
- Knowledge of blockchain protocols and smart contract interactions for developing financial applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in decentralized financial systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality backend solutions for financial products
- Excellent documentation skills to maintain clear technical records for blockchain-based financial systems
