Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in backend architecture design and development while continuously improving our technical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, and development of the company's website
- Write and maintain relevant technical documentation
- Responsible for backend architecture design and development work
- Continuously improve existing technical frameworks and provide platformization capabilities
- Ensure system stability, performance, and timeliness
- Communicate and understand business requirements
- Be responsible for technical development of new features
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Participate in technical research and breakthroughs
- Solve major technical problems during development and maintenance
- Familiar with agile development methodologies
- Participate in project management and task decomposition
- Lead the team to complete development tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed
