Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of blockchain systems, including smart contract creation, consensus algorithm implementation, and distributed ledger architecture optimization
• Ensure the stability and security of blockchain networks through continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response protocols
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions with measurable ROI
• Conduct in-depth research on blockchain advancements, including zero-knowledge proofs, tokenization protocols, and cross-chain interoperability solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for blockchain systems, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security whitepapers
• Implement automated testing frameworks to validate blockchain transactions, smart contract logic, and network performance metrics
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to maintain code quality and promote team expertise
• Monitor industry developments and evaluate new blockchain technologies for potential integration into existing product ecosystems
• Design and execute proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate technical feasibility of blockchain solutions
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure blockchain systems meet regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in blockchain development with proven track record in delivering production-grade decentralized applications
• Expertise in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda, with hands-on experience in smart contract programming (Solidity, Vyper, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems architecture
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and Go, with experience in blockchain-specific frameworks
• Knowledge of blockchain security best practices, including private key management, secure node operations, and audit trails
• Ability to analyze complex blockchain data structures and optimize transaction throughput for high-performance systems
• Experience with blockchain testing tools such as Truffle, Ganache, and blockchain explorers for debugging and validation
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot blockchain network issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in blockchain projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced blockchain development environments
• Preferred experience with blockchain scalability solutions, including sharding, layer-2 protocols, and state channel implementations
• Understanding of blockchain governance models and consensus protocols for decentralized decision-making processes
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools for monitoring network activity, transaction patterns, and system performance
• Ability to develop and maintain blockchain documentation that meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of blockchain integration patterns with traditional systems and APIs for hybrid architecture implementations
