Senior Business Development Specialist
- Agency Development: Responsible for identifying and onboarding new agents in target markets, driving agent registration and activation.
- Social Media Management: Proficient in leveraging social media platforms relevant to the target market to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships to improve agent loyalty, transaction volume, and overall activity.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends to identify potential partners and expand market channels.
- Performance Growth: Drive agent transaction growth and achieve performance targets with additional bonus incentives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure swift response and optimization of agent needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, channel operations, or agency management.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, fintech, and internet-based agency ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented management skills, with expertise in system building and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and resource integration abilities.
