Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and drive growth in the DeFi sector. This role involves strategic partnerships, developer recruitment, and active participation in key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit 50+ developers for the DeFi ecosystem
- Establish 3-5 monthly partnerships with DeFi infrastructure providers (e.g., Chainlink, wallets)
- Announce 5+ DeFi co-partnerships monthly, achieving either $10,000+ TVL or 1,000+ DAU per partnership
- Represent the company at major US and European events (DeFi Summit, Mainnet)
- Lead recruitment efforts from US-based hackathons (ETHDenver, Scaling Ethereum)
Job Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in developer recruitment and community building
- Strong network within the DeFi and blockchain ecosystem
- Ability to travel internationally for events and meetings
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and infrastructure
- Track record of successful partnership development
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Chainlink or other oracle solutions
- Experience organizing or participating in blockchain hackathons
- Multilingual capabilities beyond English
- Technical background in blockchain development
