Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive MEXC's growth in the Taiwanese market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and marketing channels to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs and other potential partners to promote MEXC in the Taiwanese market and achieve user growth
- Act as MEXC's representative to maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels for long-term cooperation
- Execute KOL marketing strategies, track and analyze channel performance, and make adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI
- Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities to develop responsive action strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and market insights to management
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or partnership management in the Taiwanese market
- Strong network of local KOLs and marketing channels in Taiwan
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and cryptocurrency industry
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with Taiwanese dialect as a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cryptocurrency or fintech industry
- Established relationships with financial or tech KOLs in Taiwan
- Experience with performance-based marketing and affiliate programs
