Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and customer collaboration within the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will focus on stablecoin and wallet solutions, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, with a focus on stablecoin and wallet solutions.
- Target new user groups and strategic regions to promote regional and vertical market expansion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi protocols, Web3 wallets, and other blockchain projects.
- Represent the company in partner negotiations and promote the achievement of win-win cooperation agreements.
- Customer Collaboration
- Manage the entire end-to-end business development cycle, from initial negotiations and proposals to final signing and long-term relationship maintenance.
- Lead negotiations and sign cooperation agreements to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, providing guidance and support to drive their adoption of company products and services.
- Product Promotion and Publicity
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop market entry strategies and product promotion activities.
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and social opportunities to showcase company products and enhance brand awareness.
- Actively participate in the blockchain community, establish connections, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
- Strategy Formulation
- Participate in formulating business development strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
- Provide insights and suggestions to optimize product positioning, market entry strategies, and differentiate competitive advantages.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, wallets, DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
