Job Description
1. Responsible for expanding channel resources related to contract trading, including but not limited to traders, KOLs, community leaders, agents, project parties, and industry partners.
2. Continuously attract real and effective contract trading users to the platform through channel cooperation, community operations, event promotions, and other methods.
3. Develop and execute individual expansion plans with core objectives focused on user trading volume, active traders, user retention, and capital deposits.
4. Maintain key partner relationships, drive continuous trading among cooperative users, and enhance user activity and trading scale.
5. Handle communication of cooperation plans, including rebate policies, event resources, user incentives, and long-term cooperation mechanism design.
6. Monitor channel user performance data, identify abnormal traffic, low-quality users, or fraudulent activities, and optimize user acquisition strategies promptly.
7. Collect market, competitor, and user feedback to assist in optimizing platform products, activities, agent policies, and user conversion paths.
8. Complete daily data reviews and work reports as required, ensuring accountability for user acquisition quality and trading results.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency, contract trading, exchanges, financial derivatives, or internet growth is preferred.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency traders' needs and behaviors, including contract trading, rebates, copy trading, and community operations.
- Existing connections with traders, KOLs, communities, agents, or project parties are advantageous.
- Strong business communication, resource integration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently drive partnerships.
- Results-oriented mindset, capable of achieving targets for active users, trading volume, and retention.
- Data-driven approach to evaluate channel quality using metrics like trading volume, activity, and conversion rates.
- High resilience and execution ability to adapt to the fast-changing crypto market.
- Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English, Russian, Japanese, Vietnamese, or other market languages is a plus.
