Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive customer resource development and execute strategic initiatives for our AI products in the Web3 and AI industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding B2B customer resources, promoting product adoption, and enhancing brand influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively explore and expand B2B customer resources in the Web3 industry, including but not limited to the public chain ecosystem, developer community, and well-known project partners.
  • Plan and organize online and offline activities, participate in industry conferences and exhibitions, and establish and deepen customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on the functional characteristics of the company's AI products, accurately targeting customer groups.
  • Promote the application and landing of products in the B2B market, with the core goal of increasing purchasing quantity among B-end customers.
  • Drive market penetration and large-scale application of AI products, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Deeply explore customer needs, assist in optimizing product features and user experience, and ensure smooth product use by customers.
  • Explore business opportunities in the Web3 and AI industries to enhance brand influence.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive product innovation and optimization.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer resource management, preferably in the Web3 or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including public chains, developer communities, and project partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to AI product functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in organizing and participating in industry events.
  • Analytical mindset to explore customer needs and contribute to product optimization.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving market penetration.
  • Innovative thinking to identify business opportunities and enhance brand influence.
