Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Expand contract users in the CN region, UK, US, and Indonesian markets.
• Develop and maintain local trading user, agent, community, and KOL resources.
• Promote transaction volume growth, user activity, and retention within the region.
• Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to achieve business goals.
• Regularly submit business progress reports and participate in rebate and quarterly incentive settlements.
• Search for external project resources and maintain cooperative relationships with project parties.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate high-quality project listings.
• Manage full-process resource allocation for listing project preparation and optimize effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in financial or trading markets.
• Strong networking skills to engage with agents, communities, and KOLs.
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive user growth strategies.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills for business progress tracking.
• Experience in project management and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for cross-regional communication.
