Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, executing marketing initiatives, and expanding our ecosystem within the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for high-quality project partners, market makers, communities, KOLs, and other cooperative resources
- Design and execute joint marketing activities, user acquisition strategies, commission rebates, and airdrops to establish an initial cooperative ecosystem
- Increase the platform's brand exposure and user base through strategic partnerships
- Expand connections with various Web3 projects, on-chain protocols, wallets, and communities
- Establish a network of local or target market relationships including media, compliance agencies, and incubators
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of cooperative partners and BD resources
- Assist the product team in optimization based on user feedback and market data
- Propose localized operational strategies to enhance product-market fit for target users
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or marketing in the Web3/blockchain space
- Strong network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and user feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology
- Experience with community building and growth strategies
