Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Business Development Specialist in the cryptocurrency field. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with influential figures in the crypto space to drive partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact KOLs in the cryptocurrency field and establish preliminary cooperation intentions
- Responsible for screening, preliminary negotiations, and cooperation promotion of KOLs, achieving weekly cooperation goals
- Organize and maintain the KOL resource library, regularly update cooperation progress and feedback
- Assist in optimizing BD scripts and processes to improve communication efficiency and conversion rates
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its key players
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly performance targets
- Experience in CRM management and data organization is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes

- Existing network of cryptocurrency KOLs or influencers
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies
