Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct overseas resource sourcing, including venture capital firms, institutions, projects, media, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Identify and source Web3 gaming resources, exploring mutually beneficial ways to establish long-term partnerships.
• Engage in daily business negotiations to promote commercial partnerships between EZswap Protocol and other projects.
• Ensure the needs and demands of our partners are met through effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with venture capital firms or institutional investors.
• Existing network of contacts in the Web3 and gaming industries.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and smart contract protocols.
• Passion for gaming and blockchain technology.
