Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on sourcing overseas resources and establishing strategic partnerships in the Web3 gaming and blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations that benefit all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct overseas resource sourcing, including venture capital firms, institutions, projects, media, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Identify and source Web3 gaming resources, exploring mutually beneficial ways to establish long-term partnerships.
- Engage in daily business negotiations to promote commercial partnerships between EZswap Protocol and other projects.
- Ensure the needs and demands of our partners are met through effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain space.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with venture capital firms or institutional investors.
- Existing network of contacts in the Web3 and gaming industries.
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and smart contract protocols.
- Passion for gaming and blockchain technology.
