Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to build and operate a private ecosystem for US stock investors across platforms such as Telegram, WeChat, Reddit, and others. The role involves designing and executing end-to-end standard operating procedures (SOPs) from traffic acquisition to fund deposit and trading.
Key responsibilities include developing high-conversion customer acquisition strategies through financial KOLs, MCN agencies, associations, and affiliate channels. The candidate will also identify and leverage non-mainstream but high-conversion long-tail channels, as well as explore cross-industry partnership opportunities with offline retail and other potential traffic sources.
The position requires planning high-growth marketing campaigns and external cooperation activities aligned with major US stock market events and industry trends. Continuous monitoring of customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and customer lifetime value is essential to optimize strategies through data analysis.
The role also involves constant exploration of innovative growth methods and strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage private communities for US stock investors across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition funnels
- Identify and leverage high-conversion channels including financial influencers and affiliate networks
- Discover and utilize niche, high-performing long-tail acquisition channels
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied to market events and trends
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CAC, retention, LTV)
- Explore innovative growth strategies and strategic partnerships
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of growth/BD experience in internet brokerage or cryptocurrency trading platforms
- Deep understanding of US stock trading, options, derivatives and cross-border investment preferred
- Expertise in private community growth strategies with strong user psychology insights
- Proven track record in successful US stock "influencer marketing" or large-scale viral campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
