Key Responsibilities

• Business Expansion: Explore and establish relationships with potential partners including exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT markets, and metaverse projects.
• Web3 Integration: Promote the adoption of Web3 technology among Web2 enterprises, focusing on Mass Adoption initiatives to lower user entry barriers.
• Cooperation Plan Design: Develop tailored BD strategies based on market needs, ensuring high conversion rates and successful partnership implementations.
• Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for cooperation agreements, safeguarding company interests and achieving business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to translate BD requirements into viable products or services.
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends in blockchain, RWA, DeFi, and NFT sectors, analyzing competitors to refine BD strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly assess partnership effectiveness through data analysis, adjusting strategies to enhance business growth efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within blockchain/Web3 industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, NFT, metaverse, and RWA market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical and product departments.
• Track record of successfully implementing business development strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities.
