Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and establishing partnerships with overseas Web3/virtual asset companies as well as domestic and international financial institutions, fintech firms, and exchanges. You will be responsible for planning and proposing new business initiatives related to KRW stablecoins and issuance agency services, as well as developing convenient payment solutions and Web3 services to enhance global user experience. Additionally, you will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and formulate business strategies spanning from Web2 finance to Web3. Project planning, execution, and management will be key aspects of this role, along with contract negotiations and relationship management with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with Web3/virtual asset companies and financial institutions
- Develop and propose new business models for KRW stablecoins and issuance services
- Create user-friendly payment solutions and expand Web3 service partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis
- Formulate business strategies covering both Web2 finance and Web3 ecosystems
- Manage projects from planning through execution
- Handle contract negotiations and maintain partner relationships
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development
- Preferred experience in financial services and Web3 technologies
- Background in fintech, payments, exchanges, or stablecoin projects
- Proficiency in English for business communication (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills to structure complex problems into actionable plans

- Experience in financial or blockchain industries
- Chinese language proficiency
- Existing network in traditional finance sectors
