Job Description
This role is responsible for driving consistent business expansion across key global markets including Greater China, Germany, Southeast Asia, the United States, European Union, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), CIS countries, and South Korea. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious trading volume targets to promote futures business development in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies for target regions
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency futures market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Meet and exceed monthly trading volume targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide market insights and feedback to product development teams
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales at a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange
- Track record of achieving minimum $50M monthly futures trading volume (verifiable proof required)
- Existing network of local clients/partners in at least one target region (Greater China, Germany, SEA, US, EU, MENA, CIS, or South Korea)
- Fluent in English plus one native language of target region (Korean, German, Russian, etc.)
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives and futures markets
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in crypto exchange BD/sales
- Existing relationships with institutional clients
- Technical understanding of blockchain and trading systems
