Job Description
This role is responsible for driving consistent business expansion in the Korean market by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving trading volume targets. The successful candidate will spearhead the growth of futures trading business in the target region, proactively seeking new prospects, establishing client connections, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the futures trading business in Korea
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Meet and exceed monthly trading volume targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business development efforts
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the Web3 space
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 cryptocurrency business expansion or sales
- Track record of achieving monthly futures contract trading volume exceeding $30 million USD (verifiable documentation required during application)
- Existing network of local clients or partner resources in the Korean market
- Fluent in Korean; proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage
- Verified BD/sales experience at a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange
- Demonstrable history of surpassing $30 million USD in monthly futures contract trading volume (must provide proof during application)
Compensation & Benefits
