Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product development or community management within the Web3 or fitness tech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with STEPN's mission of promoting health through gamified Web3 experiences.
- Experience with user acquisition strategies, including social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and community-building tactics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to track user behavior and measure the impact of ecosystem initiatives.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global outreach.
- Minimum of 3 years in a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in digital product ecosystems.
