Summary
We're seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to focus on our Launchpad and Dex service. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships, onboarding new launchpad/Dex customers, and actively pursuing expansion opportunities. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to understand the Defi process within the blockchain/cryptocurrency space are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Onboard new customers for Launchpad and Dex services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in blockchain/crypto industry
- Strong understanding of DeFi processes and cryptocurrency markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Knowledge of Launchpad and Dex services is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Existing network in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry
- Multilingual capabilities (especially Asian languages)
- Technical understanding of blockchain technology
