【About OneKey & The Project】
We are looking for self-driven, energetic Part-time Web3 Field BD / OTC Specialists to join the OneKey OTC Pilot Program!
In this role, you will act as our local brand ambassador, conducting in-person visits to crypto-friendly merchants (OTC desks, Web3 cafes, crypto hardware stores, etc.) and partnering with local Web3 communities/meetups to expand OneKey’s offline footprint.
Target Locations: North America (e.g., New York), Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Latin America (LATAM).
【Duties】
1. Merchant Outreach: Visit local crypto-related physical stores and OTC counters in person; present OneKey products and negotiate offline partnerships (display, reselling, or commission deals).
2. Community & Channel Expansion: Connect with local Web3 associations, university crypto clubs, and meetup organizers to establish long-term partnerships.
3. Data Logging: Accurately log visit records (store photos, Google Maps location, manager contact details) via Google Sheet in real time.
4. Weekly Sync: Attend 2 brief online alignment meetings per week to report progress and share market insights.
Job Requirements:
1. Location: Must be based in one of our target cities/regions (North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, or Latin America) with easy access to local in-person visits.
2. Languages: Fluent in English (as a working language). Proficiency in local native languages (e.g., Spanish/Portuguese for LATAM, or local Eastern European languages) is a huge plus.
3. Skills & Attitude: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and comfortable with field outreach (cold visits). Basic understanding of Web3, crypto, or hardware wallets.
4. Bonus: Prior experience in offline BD, merchant onboarding, or local Web3 community operations.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation structure including a Base Activity Allowance + Monthly Tiered Success Commission + Referral Bonus + Travel Reimbursements. Payouts are settled monthly in USD or Stablecoins (USDT/USDC):
1. Base Activity Allowance: $500 USD / month
Granted upon completing a minimum of 15 valid in-person/community visits per month, maintaining accurate visit logs, and attending 2 weekly syncs.
2. Monthly Tiered Success Commission: Performance-based, calculated on monthly cumulative deals:
1 – 5 Closed Merchants: $100 USD per store
6 – 10 Closed Merchants: $110 USD per store
10+ Closed Merchants: $120 USD per store (capped at $1,500 USD/month for standard deals)
3. Referral Bonus: $50 USD per candidate
Earn $50 USD for each successful referral who passes the interview and onboard their first store.
4. Travel Expenses: 100% Fully Reimbursed
Local transit and Uber expenses incurred during store visits are fully reimbursed based on valid receipts (does not count toward the commission cap).
