Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Korean KOL Business Development professional to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners in the Korean market to drive user growth for MEXC.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote MEXC in the Korean market.
- Act as the official representative of MEXC to maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels.
- Execute and oversee the performance of KOL marketing strategies, ensuring optimal results and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel partnerships, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic actions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or partnership management, preferably in the Korean market.
- Strong network of KOLs, influencers, and marketing channels in Korea.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Deep understanding of the local crypto/blockchain industry and competitor landscape.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
