We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive expansion and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion by establishing and nurturing strong commercial partnerships.
- Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Identify and promote VIP team enhancements and services to elevate client experience.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and team management workflows.
- Conduct regional analysis and strategy development in collaboration with local teams to uncover market opportunities.
- Source and expand global KOL (Key Opinion Leader) networks, building and maintaining a database of international and domestic KOL resources.
- Recruit KOLs and community members skilled in memecoin trading promotion, covering market insights, trading strategies, and educational content.
- Manage KOL partnerships by establishing sustainable collaboration frameworks, maintaining regular communication, and boosting engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and operations teams to design campaigns, analyze performance data, and refine recruitment/engagement strategies.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the crypto industry, preferably within cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience, with preference given to candidates from crypto/tech/e-commerce sectors (B2B or B2C).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset and passion for digital assets.
- Fluent English proficiency is essential.
- High professional standards and ability to collaborate effectively with global remote teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and execution skills with a focus on deliverables.
