Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive external partnerships and collaborations for our company. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders including project teams, venture capitalists (VCs), institutions, and other potential partners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing key industry resources to establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure the smooth execution of partnership projects.
Additionally, you will develop comprehensive business cooperation strategies and actively participate in contract negotiations and partnership discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business expansion efforts and partnership development with various stakeholders
- Identify and maintain core industry resources to build sustainable partnerships
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to implement partnership projects
- Develop business cooperation proposals and participate in contract negotiations
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with potential partners
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web3 industry
- Fluent English proficiency with ability to conduct meetings and negotiations independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource integration skills
- Strong self-motivation with proven execution capabilities and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high pressure tolerance
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and web3 ecosystem
- Established network within the web3/blockchain industry is preferred
