Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the growth and go-to-market initiatives for Glider.fi. This role is pivotal in driving adoption, fostering partnerships, and positioning Glider.fi as a leader in the Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategy for Glider.fi, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key ecosystem players, including protocols, DEXs, On and Offchain Data Providers, AI Agents, Wallets, and institutional partners.
- Lead Generation & Prioritization: Leverage existing networks and develop a structured pipeline to categorize and prioritize new leads based on strategic impact and feasibility.
- Community & Network Building: Actively foster relationships within the Web3 community, attending industry events, engaging in online discussions, and positioning Glider.fi as a leader in the space.
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with the Founder to provide feedback on market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for product iteration.
- Hands-On Execution: Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable impact on growth and adoption.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth strategy, business development, or partnership roles within the Web3 or fintech space.
- Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem, including protocols, DEXs, and institutional partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on approach with a track record of executing initiatives that drive measurable growth.
- Passion for decentralized finance (DeFi) and a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape.
