Job Description
We are seeking a Web3 Business Development Specialist to join our remote team. This role focuses on leveraging your extensive Web3 community and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources to rapidly enhance our product's visibility and adoption within the Web3 ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Web3 communities and KOLs to foster partnerships
- Promote our products and services through strategic collaborations
- Research and analyze Web3 community trends to identify potential cooperation opportunities
- Set and achieve business goals with partners, including promotional activities, user growth, and revenue targets
- Track and analyze performance metrics of partner relationships, providing regular reports and recommendations
Job Requirements
- Must possess extensive Web3 and KOL resources with ability to immediately drive cooperation
- Excellent team communication skills and negotiation abilities with communities/KOLs
- Proven experience in Web3 business development or partner management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex market situations
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across diverse professional backgrounds
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high stress tolerance
