Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with and maintain relationships with partners from Web3 projects, and complete collaborations.
• Conduct presentations to investors and other stakeholders with a thorough understanding of the project.
• Leverage existing BD resources to bring new collaboration opportunities to the project.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth and adoption.
• Represent the project at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with project goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or partnership management within the Web3/blockchain space.
• Strong network of contacts in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of successful collaborations.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with DAOs or decentralized protocols.
• Technical background or ability to understand complex blockchain concepts.
• Multilingual capabilities for international partnership development.
